Duralumin disc set
CHARACTERISTICS
The duralumin disc set is the standard model of disc set used on Capsutec's semi-automatic machines. Duralumin is a noble, light, durable and reworkable material, which allows the parts to be repaired or to be maintained over time. The discs have a capacity of 240 capsules and are numbered every 30 capsules to facilitate tracking the number of capsules being placed on each disc.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The duralumin disk sets are available for capsule from size 00 AL, 00, 0 AL, 0, 1, 2, 3, to 4.
Those parts cannot be subjected to thermal shock, blunt blows, or falls, as they can warp and be irreversibly damaged and completely lose their functionality.
The use of this disk model is not indicated in cases of extremely abrasive powders, hygroscopic powders, reactive powders, or powders that may stain when in contact with aluminum. In this case we recommend the use of nylon disc sets.
